Are you a people leader, new to the role of managing and coaching people?

Are you in organisational Learning and Development, looking for a way to develop coaching skills to a diverse range of managers in different locations?

Your Challenge

So you’ve recently come into a new role of leadership within your organisation. You’re confident in your technical skills and abilities that got you here, but now you face the challenge of managing the group of people you’re now expected to lead! This can be a daunting prospect, especially if the people you are now leading are former peers; you need to be able to lead them, get the most out of yourself and your team, and improve productivity… all while not jeopardising your relationships.

Leader as Coach On Demand is our new individual professional development tool designed to teach you fundamental coaching skills to help you to be the best leader you can be. Coaching skills are versatile in their application, and useful in any workplace. You will learn how to improve your interactions with team members while improving performance, developing your team’s satisfaction and engagement, and encouraging your team to take more ownership and responsibility in their work.

The Program

Leader as Coach on Demand evolved out of our very successful Leader as Coach program. In this new online format, we allow you twelve months of access to work through the program at your own pace. The program is delivered in nine modules, each focussing on a different aspect of coaching skills. You can dip into the content a little at a time, as it suits you. This gives you time to put into practice the skills that you have learned about before going back to delve back into the next module.

In short, you can embed the practice of coaching your people as you go, without being bombarded by an overwhelming amount of information in one shot. The only thing you need to bring is your desire to learn!

Support For Your Learning

We understand that online learning sounds good in theory, but in practice it can be tough to remain disciplined. We understand this and help you to get through the entire program by asking you to develop a Plan for Success. To turn the old saying on its head, if you succeed to plan, you plan to succeed!

Also, if a number of peers from your organisation take part, we can help you learn together and support each other as you proceed.

If you need it, we offer optional individual coaching sessions as you progress.
